Coaching offers clients a thought-provoking and creative process which inspires and motivates them to gain insights and maximize their personal and professional potential.  

For a decade, I have supported hundreds of high school students, college students, and young professionals deepen their self-awareness, build their life dream, create a plan, and actively make their dreams happen.

My education and experience as a teacher, educator, and professional career coach have taught me the coaching strategies that support my clients to:

• Develop deeper self-awareness and gain personal insights,
• Empower them to move past their self-doubt and maximize their personal potential,
• Create their dream career path,
• Take thoughtful risks to pursue their life and career path and provide support to help them move forward
